Our Physical Fitness Club is designed to not only get kids active, but also to help promote healthy living and physical fitness in a fun and positive environment, thus increasing our kids health and their self esteem. The Club will introduce a variety of Sports and other Fun Outdoor activities, and introduce how the body works, teach kids how to win AND how to lose, as well as, teach about nutrition; using hands-on, creative ways to stress the importance of eating healthy, good sportsman ship, and physical fitness. Research confirms that children need an integrated approach to healthy weight management that includes both physical activity and nutrition education.
