We are delighted that you are interested in ESTEAM Academy. The application process is not intended to be a barrier to entry, but is designed to make sure that we are the right school to serve your family’s needs.
We know this process will take some work, but reinventing education is worth it. This is a powerful journey that requires all involved to continue to learn and grow. The resources and tools provided will help along the journey, but only if they are used and practiced with intention. We are not telling you it is going to be easy, we are telling you it is going to be WORTH IT!
Applications will be considered in the order they are received.
Step One: Research and Introduction
Review the ESTEAM Academy Website and use the resources provided to gain a solid idea of who we are and what we are about.
- If you think we are a good fit for your family, then please introduce yourself. Go to SCHEDULE A VISIT and book an Introductory Call or Facility Tour while answering a few initial questions
Step Two: Facility Tour
Join us on your scheduled tour date to get a look at the community in action, have any questions you have answered, and to determine if you are interested in continuing forward towards joining us.
Most tours last about 45 minutes
Step Three: The Application and Auditions
Once you feel like you have had your questions answered and are excited about joining the community, fill out the application and complete the audition video (if applying to Pathfinders studio). We will review it in the order it was received and set up a family interview.
Step Four: Trial week
After we receive your application, your child will be invited to join us for a Trial Week and experience firsthand how our learning community works.
After completing their trial, we will connect with your Family to get feedback and determine next steps.
Step Five: Acceptance & ONBOARDING
Ensuring we have mutually agreed that ESTEAM Academy and your family are the right fit, we will approve the application. At that point, you will receive an invitation to enroll. The following must be completed as part of the Enrollment process.

- REQUIRED Heroic Parenting On-Boarding Badge
- Student Contracts & On-Boarding (if entering mid-year)
- Yearly Calendar
- Volunteer Form
- Family Handbook
The following MUST be completed and returned by the designated start date in order to attend ESTEAM:

- Completed First Family Badge Quest: Family Mission Statement

- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Immunization Records or Declaration
